Consulting Services
Fees for consulting services that have already been delivered are non-refundable. If work has not yet begun, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting us.
Web Hosting Services
Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel hosting service at any time, and your account will not renew for the next billing period.
Business Support Services
Refund eligibility for support engagements is determined based on the written scope for that engagement.
